Scheduling Your Party
Q: How soon should I book?
A: We recommend reserving your party as soon as you are sure that is what you would like to do. The reason for this is only a deposit will ensure a units availability the day of the party.
Q: Do I have to come to the store to see the units?
A: To minimize overhead costs and pass those savings to our customers, we have decided not to invest in a "brick-and-mortar" location. We have pictures of our full inventory, which can be found by clicking here. Each item is paired with prices and a brief description of the unit. If there is anything specific that you would like to know or are unsure of, please click here and it will take you to our contact page where you can decide which method is most convenient for you.
Payment
Q: What is required to reserve an inflatable unit?
A: We require a $50 deposit to reserve a unit for a given date. This $50 deposit does count towards your overall balance and is refundable with no hassle in the event of bad weather.
Q: What is defined as "bad weather"
A: Bad weather is wind speeds over 20 miles per hour or party cancellation due to rain before the unit has been set up.
Q: How do I pay the remaining balance at pick up?
A: The remaining balance may be payable by cash, check, or card. Cash or check is the preferred method as using a card will result in a 2.75% service fee for swiped cards and 3.5% service fee for manually entered card numbers as outlined by our Credit Card Processor Company on there website that can be found by clicking here.
Q: Can I pay for the entire party ahead of time?
A: Bad weather is wind speeds over 20 miles per hour or party cancellation due to rain before the unit has been set up.
Delivery
Q: Is delivery included in the price listed?
A: We include free delivery up to a 20 mile radius from the City of Aiken.
Q: Will you deliver outside of Aiken?
A: There will be a delivery fee, but we will deliver anywhere we are needed.
Set Up
Q: Will I need extension cords to plug into?
A: Absolutely not, we provide everything that will be needed.
Q: Is my yard okay to set up in?
A: The more level and more grass that is available, the better the set up location is. Most times we will try our best to set up in the area you prefer but at times we may require that the unit be set up in a different location. We will not set up units in sand or mud. If we are going to be setting up on concrete, we will need to know in advance in order to bring the correct set up materials. If you are unsure if the location you have in mind will be adequate, we will be happy to come by before the party to check it out for you.
Q: Can you set up inside?
A: Most of our bounce houses and some of our smaller slides will fit inside a gymnasium. The ceiling tiles need to be 15ft from the floor.
Party Time
Q: How long can we keep the inflatable?
A: There is typically no restriction on the number of hours you can have the unit for any given day as we do our best to make sure the party isn't cut short. Any time restrictions needed will be discussed at time of reservation.
Q: The party is lasting longer than expected, can I keep the unit longer or will there be an additional fee?
A: If you need to keep the unit past the time agreed on prior, this is usually not a problem and can easily be resolved by calling us and letting us know. Due to scheduling, this can't always be guaranteed, but we try our best to be flexible.
Pick Up
Q: Do we need to turn the unit off or leave it on?
A: Please leave it on. Along with checking for lost socks, we inspect our units at pick up to ensure there is no damage before transit.
