A: No, the motors will remain on for the entire time the equipment is in use but may be cut off anytime there after. If you have a multi-day rental, the unit can simply be turned back on before use and will inflate on its own in a short amount of time
Q: Once the inflatable is set up, can I change the set up location?
A: Yes. If a piece of equipment needs to be moved, an Aiken Inflatables Representative can be asked to relocate the equipment, but an Equipment Relocation Fee will be applied to your order.
Q: Once the inflatable is set up, can I move it myself?
A: No. Once an Aiken Inflatables Representative places your equipment, the location of placement will be its home until the equipment is picked up. This is to prevent any damage to the unit by improper movement methods or across harsh terrain. If equipment has been moved, an Improper Relocation Fee will be automatically applied to your order and any damages incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer to repair, and replace, as well as for any loss of value to the unit or loss of revenue loss while unit is in repair and if necessary during litigation.

Kids Party:
Q: How do I plan a kid's party?
A: Parties can be overwhelming, just like any other large task. But we can break that down into a few simple steps:
- Decide on the Date. Most parties will be on a Saturday or Sunday or both! If your schedule allows, you could even plan a weekday party or a Friday night sleep over with a Saturday party.
- Decide on the number of people to invite. This will be an important decision to make to make reasonable accommodations for your guests and also so you don't personally get overwhelmed with too many guests at your home.
- Send out invitations and ask for RSVP's. The general consensus is that about 75% of close family members and close friends invited will show up and 60% of everyone else invited will show but RSVP's are a great way to really hone in on what to expect.
- Plan your party supplies and accommodations around the number of confirmations you have. Since you now have our RSVP's it will be much easier and simpler to plan out your drinks, snacks, tables, and chairs, and decide if you'll need additional accommodations such as outside trashcans or Portable Toilets.
- Decide on party activities to entertain your guests for the duration of your party. Depending on how many people are coming will help decide how many activities you will need to keep everyone entertained. For every 20 kids, you will need at least one inflatable unit but can add on smaller party games to ensure no one is left being bored if the main event fills up.
- The week of your party, keep an eye on the weather. Most times, the weather forecast will predict the worst for your party date, that's just Murphy's Law in effect. Luckily, it seems that most of the time weather will clear up a day or two before your party. It will be important monitor the weather though to prevent any surprises. Aiken Inflatables understands the stress that not being able to control the weather can have and we are extremely flexible and are always open to communicate with you to decide what works best when your fears become reality.
- Be Safe and Have Fun. Regardless of your party plans and what activities you decide to have, follow the safety protocols to make sure everyone goes home safe. Aside from safety, let loose and have fun!
